Issues addressed in version: 15.70

Enhancement

1. TNA entry to redirect to different company based on BIOMETRIC ID setup on menu "TNA Setup ~> Employee Mapping" (L13123)
2. Tax code marked as VOID appears in Product Creation and Purchase Order entry form (L13118)
3. Process SYS008 - Rebuild database indexes does not reindex when "Rebuild" is enabled. (L13119)
4. Position does not change to status Vacant after Employees becomes "Terminated" in a Final Pay (L13139)
5. Menu "Payroll add HR Maintenance ~> Pay control" should not be allowed in a CLOSED Period (L13141)
6. Limit "Maximum number of users" by setting a "MaxUsers" configuration in the WEB Configuration file (L13136)
7. Leave Transaction not processed in Pay however it shows as Paid (L13138)
8. Leave marked as TAKEN after the Leave Allocation is used up causes negative leave balance (L13128)
9. Leave Code should not be allowed to change after there are transactions (L13127)
